Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 (thirty) days from the date it arrived to return it for a full refund* of the purchase price.
Many times, we may be able to provide a part or assistance to help you be satisfied with our products. If this is the case, please contact us and let us know how we can help. It is our intention to provide great customer service and to have good relations with our customers. Thanks.
*Special Notes About Returns:

You must email or call us to obtain a RMA number, no returns will be accepted without it.

Item must be returned in the original box and in like brand new, unused condition. All manuals and accessories that came with the product must be returned.

You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees back to our warehouse for any returned item. We will not be held liable for any lost shipments being returned to us.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
*We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% on any items returned, that don't meet the above criteria. Please note almost all orders returned are not charged a restocking fee.
